We’ve planned spacious getaways for workshops, unique cabins with saunas, and some more wild stays for the right mix of comfort and adventure.

The program
-
Getting to where we want to go requires a map.
The personal development and discovery program will focus on three pillars: prioritization, pathways, and planning.
-
The approach is built on popular practices, refined through personal advisor adaptation & application.
The practice follows phases of reflection, visioning, backcasting, driven by participants.
Program & guidance is supported by Stanford-developed Positive Intelligence training and principles. -
The program is driven by guided reflection and journaling—authored by you, and shaped by the journey.
Each day, focus topics will be prepared for exploration during the trip, to be synthesized during downtime.
The process is individual but in a common format for all. -
Each day will be greeted by short shared briefings on focus topics, with the workbook serving as a guide, and evening time for curated insights.
Personal guidance is provided throughout. Organic and shared input from the group is encouraged.
Two half days will be set aside for independent time, and individual development work. -
The goal is to derive personal development pathways that converge on a derived vision for your life on 5 year horizon.
Examples of outputs collected will be an inventory of your current state, prioritization reflections, visioning work, and pathway definition.
